Creating Custom Thumbnails for Your Meeting Assistant

Here's a quick guide on how to create a custom thumbnail for the ping bot that's attending your meetings. So if you go down to settings and then make sure you're in the meeting assistant, you'll see assistant appearance here. Here you can adjust the name that it says and you can also adjust the image or you can turn the image off completely with this toggle here. So you can upload any image here. Um, here's the recommended sizing. You can use tools like Figma and Canva to create this, uh, but we found that a free option and easy is just using either Google Slides or Microsoft PowerPoint as those are already the correct size. So I'll show you an example here. If I go to Google

Slides and I just download my image and put it here, so this is my company logo.

And then from there, you can add any text as well.

Insert a text box here. And if I just wanted to say,

taking notes, your accountant can focus on you,

I can put that down here at the bottom. You can adjust this to say whatever you'd like,

but then I'll center this.

and then download as a JPEG.

Then if I go back to my Ping page here, upload an image from downloads,

and then I can save that there. So that's how you're gonna create these custom thumbnails. So you can have your Ping assistant or you can even name it your
