Adding Ping to your phone call

Here's a quick video on how to add Ping to your phone calls. So in the home page here on the left side, there's a join meeting button. You'll click join meeting, and then there's gonna be a phone call option here. You can click phone call, and then type in your phone here, and Ping will call you.

So the way that works is you have... You type in your phone number, Ping calls you, and then you can merge in your client.

The other option is if you are on a call with your clients...

So for example, phone call with your client, you'll type in your phone number,

um, with this figure so you can see. Type in your phone number,

and

then you'll click call,

and Ping is gonna call you.

And then you're gonna click,

um, hold and accept,

and then you can merge the calls. So then Ping's gonna say,

your call is being recorded. You can merge them, and now you can just have your conversation like normal. So that way, Ping will capture your entire call,

and you don't have to worry about taking any notes. And then afterwards, you're gonna see it pop up in your home page here as a phone call with a date. And from here, you can add the participants.

You'll just type in the email of your contact.

Um, so for example,

Rachel here. We can add Rachel to the call. This was a call with Rachel, and now it's connected to her client memory. So that's how we can capture phone calls and make sure that they're contributing to the client memory as well.
