Great. So the Ping RingCentral integration will only work for calls that are actually recorded. So in this video, I'm gonna show you how you can enable call... Automatic call recording in RingCentral.

Keep in mind only...

Like, I believe only RingCentral admins can configure this.

So if you're not an admin, you'll have to get in touch with the RingCentral admin to enable this. But if you are RingCentral admin, this is just inservice.ringcentral.com,

And you're gonna go to phone system,

auto receptionist,

general settings, and then right here, you're gonna see the call recording

section. So if you click on that,

you can enable automatic call recording and then select exactly which extensions this is enabled for.

The last thing I really recommend turning... This is on by default. I I recommend turning this off.

It says play periodic tones for outbound calls.

So if this is turned on,

you and whoever you're in a phone call with, every, like, fifteen seconds will hear this really annoying beep.

Um, you can keep it on, but it's... It is kind of distracting,

and I recommend turning that off.

Um, you can also... If you're... If if you're not able to enable this, every time you hop on a RingCentral call, you can click a button that will record it, um, but it's just really easy to forget to do that when you're in a call. But when you're all finished, you hit save,

and that will turn on automatic call recordings in RingCentral.
