Hey. This is Ping's email assistant here.

0:03

So as you can see, this inbox has labels for every single email that comes in its inbox. A notification... Well, to respond to FYI notifications,

0:11

comments, meeting updates, so on and so forth. So we're gonna auto label your inbox, and we can have specific labels skip your inbox. But if anything is ever to respond, Ping's gonna automatically draft a response for you based on the client context we have previously. So if you've ever... They're asking questions about John's w two,

0:28

and we've talked about that before, Ping will auto draft a response based on that previous communication

there.

And if we go back into Ping here, let's do a quick

email assistant,

Some cool aspects here. So if you don't like the color coding, you can turn that off. You can also turn off the auto draft responses, or you can turn both on with this toggle there. And then this is where we determine which labels skip our inbox. If they're checked, they can skip. And then down here is the FAQ section. So if clients keep on asking you, how do I use the portal? How do I do x y z? All I have to do is hit new, type in the question, type in your typical response, and Ping will automatically draft emails

based on that prompt there.

Cheers. Let me know if you have any questions.

Summary

Docker Davis demos Ping’s email assistant, which labels incoming messages, can route selected labels out of the inbox, and drafts replies using prior client context. Staff can customize these behaviors and add reusable FAQ answers for common client questions.

  • Labels can organize notifications, comments, meeting updates, and other incoming email; selected labels can skip the inbox.
  • Ping can draft responses based on previous communication—for example, a client question about John’s W-2.
  • Settings let users toggle color coding and automatic drafts, individually or together.
  • Staff can add an FAQ question and typical response so Ping can use it to draft client emails.
