Import Clients from Double to Ping with Ease

Hey. Exciting news. We just updated our double integration.

So now you can import all of your clients from double into Ping with a couple easy clicks.

So this is how it works. If you go to your client's page,

you can now see this PM tab if your double,

uh, integration is set up. So you can see I have these two contacts that are linked already.

That's what it look like post

import. But you'll go up and click the import clients button here on the top,

And then you'll see import from double. When you click on that, you'll get this little pop up, and you can see that five clients to create, three to link, eight contacts total, and then two already linked. So there's those two that I have already linked. They're down below, shown as already linked, and you can't check them.

Then you can see these new contacts. So these people are not in ping,

the new ones. And the ones that say with... Will link, those are in both ping and

double. So it's gonna link those contacts there. So then when I go ahead... Let's just take off couple. For example,

if I unclick them, then it's gonna create those four, link two, and then it's already skipping those two as well. So if I click import six clients now, it's gonna load.

It's gonna finish. And now when you look, you can see we now have 12, three, four. Those four more were added, and those are linked as well. So this is an easy way to get all of your clients into

Ping from Double.

If you currently have a lot of clients,

um, what's important to note is that when you import from Double

and it's searching for those links, it is searching based off of the name. So it has to be an exact match

or it has to be exact match of contacts. So so there's two contacts here. Those same two contacts have to be linked in,

um, here as well. So those are the two options.

What you can do is you can create a client in Double from Ping, though. So if I just got off a call with Big W Construction,

uh, we wanna create them as a client now, you can click this button here, and it'll search for a link. So if there... That contact is not in Double, it'll say this will create a client, and then you can create a new client. And that'll create a client in Double, and it'll sync it to this client here in Ping. So those are the two ways to

use the new Double client
