Alright. Now I'm going to go over the meetings tab. Uh, so here on the left, you can click meetings, and it's gonna show you all your past and upcoming meetings.

0:08

Uh, the first thing I wanna emphasize is that we need to be capturing all of your communications with your clients so that your client intelligence and client memory can be, uh, the best it can. Uh, because if we miss any type of communication,

0:23

it's not gonna have the context it needs to be as accurate as it needs to be. So because of that, we have multiple ways to capture that information.

0:31

Obviously, through email, that's automated and does itself.

0:34

Also, it joins meetings automatically as long as they're scheduled out in your calendar.

0:39

Uh, but if any meetings are not, you can just over here on the

0:43

join meetings button,

0:45

um, click

0:46

meeting platform,

0:48

and here you're able to enter the URL of that online meeting. You can also do phone calls. So the way this works is you enter your phone number here. Ping is gonna give you a call. It's gonna say, this is your notetaker. I'm recording, and then you can merge in your clients, and and it's gonna record that whole conversation there.

1:04

Last one is live audio. Uh, this one just runs to your computer, but you click record, and it records your entire conversation, and then you can upload it and link it to a client. Uh, the last thing is if you do have a communication with a client and you record it on your phone or whatever other platform, you're able to upload those meeting notes here, and then that is going to be able to link to a a client as well. Um, and that way you can just gather all that...

1:29

Forms of communication.

1:31

So then we can see in your upcoming meetings, this is just gonna be pulling from your calendar. So a lot of these, like revenue syncs, there's not a link because it's just between me and Camden, and we just do that in person. So that's why it says offline because the meeting is not online.

1:45

With meetings that are online, there isn't automatically a notetaker attending it. You're able to turn that on and off if you'd like as well.

1:51

Um, if we go to past meetings,

1:53

I'm going to pull up this meeting from Justin,

1:56

um, and show you what it looks like here.

1:58

So

2:00

the premeeting prep is cool because you can add notes, create an agenda. You can do this prior to your meeting, um, and then if you want, you can pull from that information.

2:08

And then on meeting notes, so here is your meeting analysis. So this is gonna pull all your information and break it... Sorry. All of the notes

2:17

and transcript from your meeting and break it down into useful categories.

2:21

So you can see...

2:23

These are... This is what makes Ping cool is because it's custom to accountants. Right? It knows what to look for and it knows what's important for you.

2:30

But it's gonna show you context, break everything down into bigger features. It's gonna pull out different entities.

2:36

It's pulling out a lot of information here. And at the bottom, there's questions and answers. So this is all the questions you went over in your meeting. You can review them and see if you liked what you did or if you didn't like.

2:47

One of my favorite features here is is the ask ping feature because on it, we can

2:52

literally ask anything that that we need.

2:55

Like, if you wanna know when

2:57

you asked, uh, your your

3:00

client about a certain question. So, like, for example,

3:03

when

3:04

did

3:05

Justin ask about

3:09

email

3:10

into

3:12

integration.

3:15

Um, it's gonna review it,

3:19

and then quickly, it's gonna be able to pull that answer. So just ask about email integration at this point,

3:25

and I can just click on it here, and it's gonna pull up that meeting. It's gonna pull up

3:30

the,

3:32

um, and it's gonna give me the time stamp as well. So you can see on

3:36

02:27

3:37

fifty seven,

3:39

I can actually go through my meeting and

3:41

go to that point as well. So,

3:44

you know, you can skip through,

3:46

and I can watch that and review that. So I was demoing him the product here. He asked about the email migration, and I showed him. That's pretty cool there.

3:54

Um, and then

3:56

outside of that, you can have it draft follow-up emails,

4:00

um, as well,

4:01

perform

4:04

other queries as well. So it's pretty cool tool.

4:07

And then

4:08

you can also edit,

4:10

easily copy these emails, send it over to your client as well.

4:15

What's cool is too is you... If you click Gmail, it's gonna pull up the Gmail,

4:19

write the email for you, drops his name in there, and does everything for you. And then you can make some quick edits if you'd like as well.

4:27

Outside of this, on our right bar here, there's action items. So this is just quick actions that need to be... Need to happen post meeting. So, for example, follow-up with ping, tech cofounder chat about feature flags.

4:38

That's what I need to do.

4:40

Provide feedback to ping on email notes. Okay. I don't need that, so I can just delete it here. And then you can go through and make sure that you are

4:48

getting all the actions,

4:50

the post meeting actions from your your interaction with the client. So if you ever need to add participants or share the meeting with the... Your organization, you can do that here as well. And then if you ever just wanna watch the recording, you can watch the whole thing here. Search the scrunch... The transcript,

5:05

find what you like, and then you can click on it, and it'll take you straight to that moment. So

5:13

it's pretty straightforward,

5:15

pretty cool, and it should be able to answer any questions you have there. Okay. So the last thing I wanna mention is on your clients... So if you're on a... Your client page

5:25

and you're looking at your client, you can go to the meetings tab, and then you can quickly

5:30

enter that meeting. So, um, you can see here's, like, quick notes, but if you wanna go to that meeting view, you just click meeting page, and then it takes you back to that exact meeting with all the the details here as well.

5:43

And then this last tab here is analytics.

5:46

So this is gonna be some really useful information when you are trying to, uh, you know, improve your communication

5:51

with the client. So here, you know, I was doing a lot of talking. I probably should have been asking more questions

5:57

because I was talking for seventy three percent of the time. So there was happiness and gratitude,

6:03

um, and there's a concern here, stability, stuff like that. So these are important things that you can pick out, and then there's always the time stamp there as well so you can find those moments and review them.

6:14

Um, that is the meetings tab. And if you have any questions, you know, always feel free to reach out, and we will answer them quickly.

Summary

Docker Davis demonstrates the Meetings tab in Ping and explains how it helps staff capture client communications, review meeting context, and follow up. He emphasizes recording all client interactions so client intelligence remains accurate.

  • Meetings can be captured through automated email/calendar integrations, a meeting URL, a phone call, live audio, or uploaded notes/recordings; the notetaker can be toggled for online meetings.
  • Meeting pages include prep notes and agendas, accounting-focused analysis, extracted questions and answers, searchable transcripts, recordings, and timestamped moments.
  • Ask Ping can answer questions about a meeting and link directly to the relevant timestamp; it can also draft follow-up emails and open a prepared message in Gmail.
  • Staff can review and edit post-meeting action items, add participants, share meetings internally, and access meetings from a client’s page.
  • Analytics can highlight communication patterns and client sentiment; in the example, Docker spoke 73% of the time and noted he could have asked more questions.
