Navigating the Ping Homepage

Here's a quick walk through of the home page of Ping. So at the top, we have upcoming meetings, and this is gonna be pulling directly from your calendar. So for every event that you have scheduled, there'll be an item here in Ping. As you can see, some are green, and it says the meeting will be recorded. And there'll be some that are in gray, and it just has the time. So the reason these are in gray is because your calendar does not have a meeting link that Ping can use. So that's why it says offline, and there's no notetaker being sent. If you want a notetaker sent to these meetings, you need to add that link to your calendar.

Once added, it'll show up as green. And then if for whatever reason you don't want ping to attend your meeting, you can always click the box, and it'll remove ping from that meeting.

You can always go ahead and re add it as well if you'd like. Um, the other thing I like to mention here on this top part is you can prepare for the meetings. So if you click prepare, there'll be a pre meeting notes here that you can prep with and some agenda creating and some past meeting scheduling as well. Uh, so let's go back to the home page.

Down below, you have recorded meetings and all meetings. So all meetings is gonna show you every meeting on your calendar here, and recorded is only gonna show you the meetings that Ping actually attended. You can also go in and make any edits to the name or delete the recordings from here as well. So that's the home page. You can access some quick meetings, get some quick overviews,

and then start working from there.
