Karbon integration with Ping

Here's a quick demo of how the integration works with Carbon inside of Ping. So start in Ping and go to the settings page, then you'll click on the integrations tab.

Down at the bottom, you'll see practice management integrations,

and you'll wanna click connect.

It's gonna ask for an access code from Carbon.

So for that, you're gonna need to go to your Carbon app, go to the settings,

and then scroll down to the very bottom, and you'll see connected apps.

Once on connected apps, you'll be able to click connect to Ping Assistant.

Once you click connect, it's gonna provide you with an access code that you can then copy and paste inside of your practice management here in Ping.

From there, your integration is now set up, so now you can work on syncing meetings over to Carbon. So if you click on meetings...

And then I'll pull up an example meeting here.

Once inside the meeting, you can sync your notes to Carbon.

It's gonna sync based off of the contacts that are linked to the meeting. So here you can see I have two contacts that are linked, and you can sync to either both contacts or only to one. It's up to you. So when you click sync to Carbon, and in my case, it says resync because I've already synced once. But if you click sync to Carbon, it'll pull up a menu here where you then can select which contacts you wanna sync to. So I'm only gonna sync to Rachel here.

I'll sync that one entry. And then if I go back to Carbon and I search Rachel,

I then can click on her contact here. And inside the timeline, it's timeline. It's gonna show that meeting that I just synced right now. So there it is. And the time line syncs by me as well.

And that's how the Carbon integration works inside of Ping.
