Hey. Today, we'll be going going over meeting tags. Meeting tags are a way to keep your meetings organized. So you can see we have a few different listed here, and then you can create custom tags at the tag and the color.

But the reason those are in place is so we can come in here, see all of our meetings, and see what these specific meetings were about. So this one here is about text planning. So it was this one, but it's also advisory.

In order to add those tags to a meeting, all I have to do is hit edit tags, select all that are applicable, and we can add client or internal as well here if it's not automatically done.

select let's say we wanna have these three meetings into consideration. We can use ask ping to evaluate commonly asked questions from a specific meeting tag. Cheers.

Summary

Docker Davis demonstrates meeting tags as a way to organize meetings by topic or purpose, showing how to create and apply tags and how they surface meeting context (e.g., “tax planning” and “advisory”). He also highlights using saved views and the "Ask Ping" feature to analyze common questions by tag.

  • Create custom tags and pick a color for each.
  • Apply tags by clicking “Edit tags” and selecting all applicable tags; add “client” or “internal” if not auto-set.
  • Example: a meeting can be tagged both “tax planning” and “advisory.”
  • Use Manage Views to group/filter meetings by selected tags.
  • Use Ask Ping on a tag-filtered view to evaluate commonly asked questions from those meetings.
