Connecting Your Email and Calendar

Here's a quick video on how to connect your calendar and email to Ping. So go down to the settings button on the bottom left,
and then you'll go to the settings page here on the top.
And then all you have to do is click connect. Whether you're Gmail or Microsoft, you can choose either.
And then it's gonna ask for certain permissions.
And then from there, you'll want to allow all.
Then it'll load for a second, and then it should just connect you
right away.
And then you'll go down and do the same thing with your email integration as well.
Connect it.
It's gonna do the same thing. Have you log in?
You'll wanna grant it the the permissions there.
And then once you're fully connected, now you'll be able to have Ping access on your calendar events so it can send to the meeting notetaker automatically.
And your email's integrated as well so it can start building out that client memory from all your email interactions.
Summary
Docker Davis explains how to connect calendar and email accounts to Ping through Settings. Once both integrations are authorized, Ping can automatically send a meeting notetaker to calendar events and build client memory from email interactions.
- Open Settings from the bottom-left button, then choose the settings page and click Connect for calendar.
- Select Gmail or Microsoft and grant the requested permissions (Davis recommends allowing all).
- Repeat the connection and authorization process for email.
- Connected calendar enables automatic meeting-notetaker access; connected email helps Ping build client memory.
